Northumberland Line

SLC Property is advising Northumberland County Council (NCC) on property, planning and rail industry agreements to support plans to reopen a former rail passenger service line between Ashington and Newcastle. 

University station

SLC Property is working on the redevelopment of University Station in south Birmingham providing services for all land acquisition matters.

Cardiff Parkway

SLC Property is supporting the delivery of a new sustainable transport hub and 90,000m2 of commercial space. Located only seven minutes from Cardiff Central the new promises to drastically reduce journey times to both cities, as well as improving connectivity to other areas of the country and the wider UK.

Coventry station masterplan

SLC Property has prepared, submitted and managed the determination of the various applications for planning permission, listed building consent and other related consents to facilitate the delivery of the Coventry masterplan.

Past projects

Kenilworth station

SLC Property developed the financial and business economic case for a new station in Kenilworth, winning the support of train operators, securing funding and managing the design, delivery and property requirements right through to its opening.

Worcestershire Parkway

SLC Property supported the creation of a new strategic parkway station and regional Interchange for Worcestershire providing improved access to Great Western Railway Services to London and the Thames Valley and Cross-Country Services to the South West, South Wales, and North-West and North East England.

Leicester station masterplan

SLC Property worked with Leicester City Council, East Midlands Trains and Network Rail to develop a masterplan for Leicester Station and surrounding area to drive the transformation of a key infrastructure asset.

ScotRail station changes

SLC Property completed the ‘Station Change’ process on behalf of ScotRail for a series of station redevelopments across their portfolio, including Notifiable Change Proposals, Amending Agreements and Implementation Notices.

Bradford Interchange

SLC Property was instructed by the City of Bradford Council to prepare a Land & Consents Strategy to support a business case for a new entrance at Bradford Interchange Station. The purpose of the business case was to secure funding through the Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) from the Department for Transport (DfT).

Bermuda Connectivity

SLC Property coordinated and negotiated with landowners for the improvement of a highway link to reopen an existing bridge over the A444 to two-way traffic, delivering additional highway capacity and improved connectivity between West Nuneaton and Griff Roundabout.
