SLC Property is advising City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) on planning, regulatory and land assembly matters for the redevelopment of Bradford Interchange and its surrounding area.
The project involves significant refurbishment to the entrance to the interchange, creation of a new landscaped pedestrian walkway between the site and Hall Ings, facilitating improved pedestrian access between the interchange’s rail and bus services and the city centre. The proposals will also tie in with wider ambitions for pedestrianization in the city centre and enhanced landscaping and greening ahead of Bradford’s year as City of Culture in 2025.
