Business case development
We use our market insight and expertise to provide crucial input to developing business cases for rail projects or specific rail related property acquisitions. Our specialist knowledge of operational costs and values relating to key rail property assets places us in a unique position to identify crucial liabilities or benefits that may otherwise not be captured. To date we have provided key input to projects including Bradford Interchange Station, Leicester Station and the Northumberland Line project, working with clients and partners to help justify key investment and funding decisions.
