This comprehensive assessment confirms the property consultancy’s compliance and commitment to 13 key areas of risk management, including criteria such as health and safety, sustainability, environmental and quality.
CHAS was developed by Build UK, Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) and other accreditation bodies and industry experts. It is recognised industry-wide with many organisations also now specifying it for procurement prequalification.
