Congratulations to Jo Rogers, Chartered Planner, who has been nominated as a national finalist in the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Awards for Planning Excellence in the Young Planner of the Year category.
Jo is one of our planning team and has worked across a number of our projects to deliver all aspects of planning, including supporting on a range of public and stakeholder engagement activities.
Jo said: “I’m shocked and delighted to be named as a finalist for the national Young Planner of the Year 2023 – particularly given the range and calibre of the Young Planners from the other regions.
“It means a lot to me to see that the work I’m doing for clients and communities and supporting fellow planners through teaching and lecturing at Newcastle University School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape is making an impact. This nomination spurs me on to keep working hard to use the potential of planning to make life better for everyone in our society, particularly the most vulnerable.”
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner in London on 21 November 2023.
