SLC Property – the multi-disciplinary property consultancy – has been appointed by Sefton Council to provide land strategy and acquisition services for a planned pipeline of transport and highways improvements throughout the Borough.
These improvements are part of Sefton Council’s plan to improve the transport network around the Sefton Coast. A key aim of this investment will be to deliver high-quality walking and cycling infrastructure along the Maritime Corridor, helping to connect local communities to employment opportunities and supporting the wider resilience and decongestion of local roads.
Julie Throssell, Director of SLC Property said: “We are pleased to have been instructed by Sefton Council to provide land strategy and acquisition services and help them to unlock development growth.
“Our expertise in land strategy and acquisition, including CPO, will be essential in ensuring that Sefton Council’s planned transport and highways improvements are delivered.”
Funded from an allocation from Liverpool City Region’s Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS), these improvements are expected to be delivered within the next five years
